Designing process is undoubtedly a primary task and the most important stage of the log home building. The rich variety of the architectural forms in wood as a material is practically unlimited. We are sure that the old-fashioned architectural standards should be reconsidered nowadays. The architectural department of “Derevyanyy Dim” Ltd provides designing of log homes, hotels and bath-hoses made of profiled wall timber (glued and natural) and also frame-house constructions. Sum total of the designing makes up 22-32 USD/m². For the convenience of clients the designing process is divided into two stages:

1. Conceptual design –   7     USD/m²
2. Contractor design – 15-25  USD /m²

The calculation of the total area is done according to the area of the floors including also skylight, open terraces, balconies and verandas. The conceptual design is an integral part of the documentation required for submitting to state institutions.

Other parts of projecting (foundation calculations, engineering services calculations, roof timbers constructions, interiors design) can be performed by preliminary payment.
